From the coworking areas to the premium private suites, all of our workspaces are powered by 100% green renewable sources.
We have sustainably refurbished and repurposed existing buildings to honour their heritage, use less raw materials and hold a smaller carbon footprint than new build constructions, which owe to almost 40% of all global emissions.
Our award-winning Exchange scale-up programme has supported over 150 businesses in the Northern tech industry.
We’re proud to have supported 650+ businesses and over 1000 members in the Northern economy outside of London across key sectors of tech, digital, media and creative.
