Good CRM joined our Exchange Cohort 1 growth programme last year, becoming part of a community of ambitious, purpose-driven businesses working from our workspace.
Putting purpose before profit
Founded with a clear mission to put purpose before profit, Good CRM builds CRM software specifically for charities and non-profits, a sector often overlooked by mainstream tech. Their platform helps organisations manage everything from fundraising and programmes of work to stakeholders, applicants and evaluation, all in one place. The goal is simple: reduce time spent on administration so teams can focus on delivering real impact.
Why Good CRM joined Exchange
After a period of strong organic growth, the team reached a point where they could see there was more potential to unlock. That’s what led them to Exchange. Designed to support growing businesses within our workspace, the Exchange accelerator gives founders the time, structure and support to step back and work on their business, not just in it.
For Good CRM, one of the most valuable parts of the programme has been the network. Alongside coaching and workshops, being surrounded by other businesses on a similar journey has helped spark new ideas, encourage more creative thinking and speed up problem-solving. Simply sharing space, conversations and experiences has made a real difference to how the team works together.
What’s next for Good CRM
Looking ahead to 2026, Good CRM are focused on their next stage of growth. With increasing opportunities coming from larger organisations, they’re planning to expand into adjacent markets and put the right programmes of work in place to support more complex clients at scale without losing sight of their values or the community they serve.
Good CRM’s journey is a great example of how our workspace and the Exchange accelerator work together: providing not just a place to work, but the environment, connections and support that help purpose-led businesses grow with intention.
