OFFER Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer applies to new workspace agreements for new members only and is not available to existing Department members currently occupying workspace at any Department location.

2. The Offer applies exclusively to hot desk memberships and resident desk memberships and does not apply to private offices, event space or any other workspace products.

3. The Offer is valid across Department at Bonded Warehouse, Department at Leeds Dock and Campfield only.

4. The Offer entitles qualifying members to a 25% discount on the standard membership price for hot desk and resident desk memberships for the duration of a 12-month term.

5. A minimum term of 12 months applies to all memberships under the Offer and the discounted rate shall apply for the full 12-month period only.

6. Resident desk memberships taken under the Offer may, at Department’s discretion, include multi-site access across participating Department locations for the duration of the membership term.

7. The Offer is available for a limited period only and may be withdrawn or amended by Department at any time.

8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount unless expressly agreed by Department in writing.

9. All standard Department membership terms and policies apply in addition to these Offer terms.

10. If a member terminates their agreement before the end of the applicable 12-month term, standard early termination provisions (as set out in the membership agreement) shall apply and Department reserves the right to recover the value of any discount applied under the Offer.
