Based at Department Bonded Warehouse, video content specialists WhatMedia have recently paved the way for a new chapter with an exciting rebrand.
Previously WhatMarketing, the brand has since evolved to broaden their creative content services for clients and the team look set to grow even more so this year!
We caught up with Chris Townsend, Creative Director of WhatMedia to find out what this year might have in store…
What does the rebrand mean for WhatMedia?
“We rebranded as our offering is creative, video & animation, and we feel moving away from having ‘marketing’ in the name makes this clear.”What’s the goal for 2021?
“We’ve had a fantastic start to 2021 winning new work for some great companies such as NHS, Uber & TapTrip, and we’re currently aiming to partner with more agencies in 2021. We’re also looking to expand our network in the North West. Pre-Covid, we worked a lot in the travel and tourism market but since these circumstances, we’ve adapted and worked across sectors in sport, fashion, property, tech to name a few.”How can businesses get in touch if they want to discuss a project?
“We’re a friendly bunch, always available to chat through client requirements. We can be reached via our social platforms or drop into our workspace at Department Bonded Warehouse and we can have a coffee.”Are you hiring at the moment/in the near future?
“We recently welcomed more members to our team and are currently looking to expand our network of freelance videographers. We’re also looking for an experienced Production Manager to grow our talented team – applications can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.”
